Overview and Reheating Instructions

Our dishes are simply reheated in the order of longest to reheat, to shortest. After reheating, they’re presented on a plate or in a bowl, and garnished. The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components reheated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!

Follow These Steps

This one seems more complicated than what it is.

  1. In an appropriately sized saucepan, bring the contents of the broth container to a simmer.
  2. Add the noodles and continue simmering until the noodles soften. The only way to tell if they’re done is to taste them. They should still have a little chew left, not completely soft.
  3. Give everybody their share and garnish with the corn and radish slaw.
