Our dishes are simply reheated in the order of longest to reheat, to shortest. After reheating, they’re presented on a plate or in a bowl, and garnished. The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components reheated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!
Follow These Steps
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. When it gets to temp, take the lids off the cauliflower and potato wedges, and pop those bad boys right in. They should be caramelized already, so you might just want to get them hot and steamy.
Now, in a 2-quart saucepan, bring the au jus to a simmer. Once it simmers, you can pop the beef in. It’ll only take like 20 seconds to heat up, so think about your timing. While all that is going on, think about toasting the buns. If you’re feeling frisky, butter the cut sides, or spread them with mayo, seriously, it works. Toast them on a medium hot pan or under the broiler.
Distribute the meat evenly between the buns, top with the giardiniera, and don’t forget to dip the whole sandwich in the jus.
