The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components reheated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!

Empty the soup into an appropriately sized saucepan to heat up one quart of soup. While that’s heating, toss the arugula together with the antipasto (as much garnish as you dare) and dress. Add the soup to a bowl and pair with the vibrant salad for an extremely delicious combo!
