Our dishes are simply heated in the order of longest to shortest to heat. After heating, they’re presented on a plate or in a bowl, and garnished. The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components heated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!

Follow These Steps

  1. Microwave the contents of the orzo container for 1 minute, then stir.
  2. Microwave again for 30 seconds and stir again.
  3. Repeat the process until the contents are heated through.
  4. Top with crumbled feta and serve with the bread and chilled cucumber salad.
