Overview and Reheating Instructions
Our dishes are simply reheated in the order of longest to reheat, to shortest. After reheating, they’re presented on a plate or in a bowl, and garnished. The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components reheated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!
Follow These Steps
- Heat the chicken in a preheated 350 degree oven. Take the plastic lid off the container first, of course. Once you get it in there, it shouldn’t take more than 10-12 minutes. A thermometer will read 165 degrees.
- In a 4 quart saucepan, heat the gnocchi in the pesto cream. Keep a steady eye on it, you don’t want it to burn. Stir constantly and add a little liquid if you think it’s prudent. Just heat it through.
- So now you’ve got hot chicken and hot pasta. Make them look pretty on a plate. Shake the tomato salad up a little bit and put it all on the same plate.
- Come on, get it.
