1 teaspoon olive oil
1 bunch green onions, whites and green parts separated and finely chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons Dark Star Thai chili sauce or Sriracha sauce (optional)
2 Romaine hearts
1 cup shredded veggies, i.e. carrots, red and green cabbage, radishes
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and add the white part of the green onions.
Sauté until soft, 1 minute. Add the ground beef and brown. Drain off any fat.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, tamari, vinegar, Worcestershire, maple syrup and chili sauce (if using). Stir to combine.
Pour sauce over the cooked beef and stir in. Serve on full Romaine leaves. Top with shredded veggies, sesame seeds, and green parts of the green onions.
