Avocado Bacon Toast


It really doesn’t get any better or easier than this for breakfast! Serve with a side of your favorite fruit.


  1. Cut avocados in half, remove seed, and scoop out flesh into a small mixing bowl. Mash with a fork or potato masher and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Fry bacon in a large skillet and let drain on a paper towel lined plate.
  3. Toast bread then spread with mashed avocado and top with two slices of bacon. Enjoy!
