Pizza is a deep love like no other! I especially love pizza that combines sweet & savory! The balsamic reduction really pairs nicely with the savory, slightly-nutty roasted Brussels and smoky bacon. Friends and family will enjoy this recipe so much, they wont even realize they’re eating vegetables! Try the quick tip for pizza crust if you don’t have any yeast handy.

Greek Yogurt Crust Recipe:
- Take Greek yogurt and flour and knead until most of the moisture is out.
- Heat a large skillet and coat with oil.
- Spread the dough evenly that resembles a pizza shape and cook on each side for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on each side.
- Follow above directions to top the pizza crust. This crust is a little bit more doughy but its good! and is great for when you run out of the traditional yeast to use.
