Barbeque Turkey Meatball Sliders

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk. Allow to sit and absorb for 5 minutes.

Combine the turkey, scallions, garlic, egg, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add the breadcrumb mixture, mix together. Gently fold in the shredded cheese.

Using your hands, form the meatballs using 2 tablespoons of meat mixture. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet (you will need 2 baking sheets).

Bake for 20-30 minutes (until no pink remains inside). Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Put meatballs in buns, rolls, or favorite bread, and top with favorite barbeque sauce.


Yields approximately 24 meatballs
