Butternut Squash Noodles with Chicken Meatballs

I am so thankful for Green Bean Delivery during this quarantine & their weekly deliveries of produce and snacks for my family. This week, I made chicken meatballs with butternut squash noodles & red sauce. My family LOVED it. Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into balls.
  2. Sear each side on a cast iron skillet with avocado oil on high.
  3. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.
  4. Sauté butternut squash with avocado oil for 5 mins, steam spinach.
  5. Pour Muir Glen pasta sauce over noodles, ENJOY!
