1 mini watermelon, seeds removed and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
4 ounces feta, crumbled
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced mint
Salt and ground black pepper
