Easy Asian Shrimp and Rice Power Bowl

On the go but need something filling? This is a simple recipe that only needs 5 main ingredients. Perfect for that post work day or post workout. Includes a healthy dose of fiber, protein, and vitamins!


  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in kale and carrots and let cook for 2-3 minutes until the kale is a bright green.
  3. Add cooked rice to skillet, liquid aminos, and cooked shrimp.
  4. Stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes to let flavors blend. Serve hot.
