Ingredients
1 each Lotsa Pasta or Bee Free pizza dough
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 ounces mushrooms (cremini, white button, and/or portobellas)
pinch of salt
1/2 – 1 cup pizza sauce
2-3 ounces mozzarella, shredded
2 packages Oloves chili and oregano green olives
2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out pizza dough between two pieces of parchment or on a well floured surface. Place on a pizza stone or on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until dough is cooked through and starting to golden on the edges.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Saute until the mushrooms have browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove crust from oven and spread tomato sauce over the top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce then top with cooked mushrooms and olives. Top with grated parmesan.
Return to oven to finish baking for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Yields 1 pizza (10 – 12 inches depending on thickness of dough)
