This recipe is a celebration of great, fresh products available year round through Green Bean, including Indiana-raised chicken from Gunthorp Farms. Ready in minutes, this is a vibrant exciting dish can be tailored to every heat level, be sure to check out the taco seasoning recipe below!

Instructions

On a medium heat, cook the ground chicken for 5 minutes before adding the taco seasonings and hot sauce. Cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a small pan, bring the milk to a simmer before folding in the cheese, stirring until smooth and keep it on a low heat until ready to serve. This is your queso.

Grate the zest of one lime into the sour cream, then add the juice and stir.

On a baking tray or plate of your choice, dump all the tortilla chips out before spooning the chicken over them, followed by the queso, salsa, sour cream, and sliced jalapenos. Serves 4
