Using Smoking Goose’s City Ham that’s been gently browned in butter, topped with spinach, melted muenster cheese and a baguette that’s been slathered with strawberry jam, you’ll be on a path to a day of deliciousness.

Ingredients
1 TBSP Butter
8 Inch Baguette or similar loaf
4oz. Smoking Goose City Ham
2oz. Spinach
1oz. Strawberry Jam
2 TBSP Mayo
2 Fresh Eggs
3-4 Slices Muenster

Instructions
- Pre-Heat Oven to 450F
- Heat saute pan over medium heat and melt butter in the pan.
- Brown the ham gently in butter, remove from heat and set aside.
- Place spinach in the pan and wilt in the residual fat from the ham. Set aside.
- Soft scramble eggs in pan, and set aside.
- To one side of the bread, spread mayo, and to the other side, spread jam.
- Layer the cooked ingredients on each ide of the sandwich, spinach on the top of the mayo side, ham on the top of the jam side, eggs anywhere you prefer.
- Cut cheese slices in half and layer across the top of both sides of the sandwich.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cut into four sections and serve when you are ready to eat. Can be served hot out of the oven, or at room temperature as part of a meal.
