Sun King Brewery’s Osiris Paloma Drink Recipe

Brighten up your summertime drink with this refreshing Osiris Paloma. Now if you haven’t heard of a “Paloma” before, it’s commonly known as “the working man’s drink” and typically consists of 3 parts grapefruit soda and one part tequilla. This fun spin on the classic brings together pink grapefruit juice and Sun King Brewery’s iconic Osiris Pale Ale, which is a West-Coast style Pale Ale that has a distinct citrus hop kick to it.

Instructions

  1. In a boston shaker with ice, combine Agave Spirit, Grapefruit Juice, and Lime Simple Syrup.
  2. Shake mixture until well chilled and strain into a glass with clean ice.
  3. Top with Sparkling Water and Osiris Pale Ale, serve with a Grapefruit Wedge.

For the Lime Simple Syrup:

  1. Combine sugar, water and lime juice in a small saucepot and bring mixture to a simmer to dissolve sugar. Chill well and use for cocktails.
