The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components reheated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!
Follow These Steps
- If you have a 4 quart saucepan, you can heat the tofu and vegetables together in it. Just pop it on medium heat until it all begins to simmer. It should reach 165 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
- The rice you can just microwave on high for a minute at a time until it’s all nice and hot.
- Plate the rice first, then top with the tofu and mixed vegetables in Szechuan sauce.
