Overview and Reheating Instructions
Our dishes are simply reheated in the order of longest to reheat, to shortest. After reheating, they’re presented on a plate or in a bowl, and garnished. The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components reheated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!
Follow These Steps
- Remove the chicken from the tray and add the rice to it. Place the chicken on the rice and put it all in a preheated, 350 degree oven. Let the chicken cook until the interior temperature reaches 165 degrees. It’s not a bad idea to add a little liquid to the pan.
- Put the beans in a 2 quart sauce pan. Check for liquid. You might need to add a little water or stock to it to make it moist. Heat on low until those bad boys simmer.
- You can heat those plantains any way you need to. You can pop them in the microwave or use that handy preheated oven. Serve that stuff.
