Overview and Reheating Instructions
Our dishes are simply reheated in the order of longest to reheat, to shortest. After reheating, they’re presented on a plate or in a bowl, and garnished. The oven should be preheated fully when applicable. The objective is to have all the components reheated and ready to plate at nearly the same time. Some variances will occur and that’s just fine! Everything will come together and be great in the end!
Follow These Steps
- Remove the lid from the tray and add the bao to a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Monitor the sitch. Don’t let the bao get too brown on top. It’s okay to cover them with some foil if you feel like you need to, or if you have a convection oven.
- Green beans can get hot in the microwave if you want. You can also put them in an oven safe container and heat them with the bao.
- The soba noodle salad is supposed to be cold, so no worries there. Toss the salad in the dressing, serve it all up, and yum out.
- Just get that plum sauce on the side and Hulk smash.
