Air Fryer Elotes Street Corn

Corn on the cob is a notorious summer side dish here in Indiana.  Has anyone else heard “knee high by the fourth of July” every time you pass a corn field on a family road trip?  It sparks memories of family barbeques, ignites husking challenges between siblings, and serves as a simple, tasty side dish.

Corn on the cob season is upon us, get excited! There are plenty of ways to cook this Indiana specialty by grilling, boiling, or roasting.  With air fryers becoming popular these days, I thought I would give that method a try.  Anything fried tastes better anyways, right?  This air fried street corn just may be your new favorite staple to serve at your next outdoor gathering. Each bite melts in your mouth, giving your taste buds a sweet and salty crisp combination.

This recipe is super straightforward, quick, and under 10 ingredients. All ingredients are approachable, high quality, and affordable thanks to Green Bean Delivery.


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400℉.
  2. Remove husks and silks from the corn.
  3. Cut the corn in half, making 4 pieces.
  4. Spray the corn with olive oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While cooking, mix together greek yogurt, garlic, paprika, cilantro and lime juice.
  6. Once the corn is done cooking, spread the greek yogurt mixture onto the corn.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and cilantro on top.
  8. Enjoy 🙂
