Breakfast Duck Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ever think you would hear someone say, “Pass me more Brussels”? Well this magic recipe can do just that! So savory and filling, you might not want to share.


  1. Heat oven to 425′
  2. In a cast iron combine Brussels, onions, and duck bacon
  3. Cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally
  4. For the last 5 minutes, add diced apples, brown sugar, cheese and set your oven to broil
  5. Remove from the oven and add eggs
  6. Enjoy!
