Cauliflower Linguini with Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Bring a large stock pot of salted water to a boil and add pasta. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
  2. Add the warm pasta back to the pot and toss in the cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Stir in pesto and serve. Serves 4-6
