Cucumber Kiwi Smoothie

A new year brings promises of refreshment, replenishment and rejuvenation. It is the time of year where we look ahead and make plans, some even make resolutions. Why not kick start your 2020 with an achievable intention of meeting a daily goal of getting your five portions of fresh fruit and vegetables a day.

There is no easier way to get three full portions of fruit and veg, and no nicer way to start your day, than with this cucumber kiwi smoothie. Loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, this drink not only helps keep you hydrated, but helps with digestive issues too.


  1. Cut the Baby Cukes into chunks and add to a smoothie maker/blender, then scoop out the flesh from the kiwi fruits and add it to the blender followed by the pineapple and orange juice.
  2. Blend for 1 minute before adding the mint, blend for a further minute and serve.
