Desmond’s Stuffed Meatballs (3-ways)

Whether you’re looking to please a crowd at your next game day party or are just feeling some culinary creativity, stuffed meatballs are always a great option!




  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine beef, egg, milk, bread crumbs, garlic powder, Italian herb blend, salt and pepper. Mix just until combined.
    • *Note – over mixing can create tough meatballs.
  • Divide meat into 12-14 equal balls. Flatten each meatball to form a thin circle. Top with a piece of cheese or 1 heaping tablespoon of your chosen filling.
  • Fold sides up pinching to seal and form into a meatball. Place meatballs on a greased baking pan. (You can opt to put a little sauce on the meatballs at this point, such as BBQ or Marinara)
  • Cover and put inside the oven.
  • Bake for 20-24 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
