Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

It was such a relief this week to be able to find all the groceries I would purchase at the store online and have them at my door. When time is money, Green Bean Delivery helps you direct more time and energy back to where you need it in your life.

One of my favorite things in my bin this week was the Brussels sprouts. I have been making Brussels sprouts pretty regularly for about a week now. Sometimes people are turned off by Brussels sprouts. They are a bit of an acquired test. Hopefully this recipe for Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts can turn your mind around if you were leery about them before.

  1. Preheat oven at 400 F
  2. Chop Brussels sprouts into halves
  3. Mix in bowl with oil and garlic
  4. Add salt and pepper to mix as you wish
  5. Spray pan with your preferred cooking spray and disperse halves evenly
  6. Bake 35 minutes and flip half way through baking
  7. Squeeze lemon juice on freshly baked Brussels sprouts
  8. Add Parmesan cheese if you prefer

This is super simple to make prep time is only about 5 minutes. Serve them warm. This recipe serves 2-3, the recipe can be doubled for each additional pound being prepared. As you can see from the photos I also prepared these with carrots and salmon for dinner.
