Honey-Buttered Grilled Corn


  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Pull the husks back from each ear of corn, leaving them attached to the stem. Remove all of the corn silk.
  • In a small bowl, mix the butter and honey. Spread the butter/honey mixture on the ears of corn.
  • Season with salt and cayenne (if using). Pull the husks back over the corn and tie with kitchen string.
  • Grill the corn until the husks are lightly charred and the corn kernels are tender, 15 minutes.
  • Transfer to a platter, remove kitchen string, and serve.
