Mashed Cauliflower with Goat Cheese


  • Steam the potatoes, cauliflower and garlic for 10-15 minutes (or until they are easily pierced with a fork).
  • Remove from heat and add to a medium mixing bowl or to a blender or food processor.
  • Add the butter, milk, goat cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Process with an immersion blender until everything is mixed and your desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve warm.
