Panchau Peach Autumn Iced Tea

Can you feel it? Fall is finally on its way! The leaves are starting to turn glorious shades of gold, rust and amber, Halloween is right around the corner, and there is pumpkin spiced everything lining the aisles. As delicious as a PSL is, sometimes it just doesn’t hit the spot, and with this warmer weather not going anywhere fast, a cooler beverage is a must, and a fall inspired is the perfect beverage.

Inca Tea, based out of Ohio, offers four delicious brews through Green Bean. From tried and trusted chamomile to richer teas such as Peruvian Spiced Berry, there is a tea for every season! As we come to the end of the summer, what better way to celebrate and honor the start of harvest than with a cold brew batch of iced tea featuring some of early falls best produce? Alongside the sweet, bright flavor profile of the Panchau Peach tea, plums and apples lend their robust, fall scents and flavors to the perfect drink to herald in the new season.

Cold brew the tea in 3 cups of cold water, leaving to steep for at least 2 hours.

Cut and prepare your fruit.

Decant the cold brew into a pitcher, add the cut fruit and sweetener before pouring in the water.

Muddle gently for 20-30 seconds and pour into chilled glasses. Sprigs of thyme or rosemary to serve.
