Shishito Pepper and Greek Garlic Aioli

Want to impress your guest at the next function you attend?! Bring this dish that is layered with a ton of flavor. Easy to make, beautiful to look at, and even better to eat! The coolness of the aioli and citrus will calm down the fieriness of the shishito peppers. Enjoy!!


  1. Heat skillet with olive oil.
  2. Throw in shishito peppers, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until skin is blistered.
  4. In a bowl combine aioli ingredients.
  5. Plate while shishitos are still hot.
