Ingredients
- 1-pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, and sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 5 big basil leaves, chiffonade
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes. Adjust seasons with salt and pepper.
